“Japa Syndrome” is a term used to describe the phenomenon of young Nigerians leaving the country in search of greener pastures. This trend has been on the rise in recent years, and it has had a number of negative effects on Nigeria. During the webinar, we discussed the various dimensions and implications of the Japa Syndrome, aiming to shed light on the underlying causes and potential solutions.

We believe that by raising awareness and initiating dialogues on this critical issue, we can collectively work towards creating an enabling environment that encourages our youth to stay and contribute to the growth and development of our beloved nation, Nigeria.
